Print Files Specifications
You can supply your files to us via USB, email, WeTransfer, Dropbox or any of your preferred online options. Please clearly state the image title, print size & quantity in the filename.
Our preferred formats are Jpg, Jpeg, Tiff or PSD, at 8 or 16 bit. Please make sure to flatten your files. There should not be any layers at all.
sRGB or Adobe 1998 RGB.
CMYK colour space is not used by any of our output devices.
IF your files are in any other colour space we will use the embedded profile but we cannot guarantee accurate colour reproduction.
We can remove dust and spots for you at an additional cost.
Make sure that you check your files for dust and spots in detail before printing, and especially if you are engaging an image. Images shot at F8 or above are more likely to show dust spots.
Please supply all files at either 240ppi or 300ppi at the intended print size. eg 200x300m @300dpi
Please make sure your supplied files are at the final print size. Remember to type your print size in the filename.
Please make sure that you have cropped your images to the correct ratio as you are intending on printing, otherwise we will print it closest to the product size you have selected.
We can crop your files at an additional cost and to match your desired print size by selecting the print file setup option.
All prints produced by us come with a minimum 5mm paper border. In most cases the paper border is at least 10-15mm evenly around the print area.
If you are wanting a specific paper border you must contact us as this falls under a custom print size & will cost more.
