Shipping policy

All items will be shipped by courier and include tracking and insurance.

  • NZ wide shipping: Orders will be couriered via NZ Post or Post Haste. Shipping includes tracking, signature and insurance.
  • International shipping: Orders will be couriered via NZ Post or FedEx. The following shipping options are available for customers:
    • Economy Tracked - includes Tracking and insurance cover for loss or damage of up to $250*. Delivery Target**: 3 - 10 working days
    • Courier - includes Tracking, Signature required and insurance cover for loss or damage of up to $2000*. Delivery Target**: 2 - 6 working days

*based on the value disclosed on the customs declaration form or consignment note when sending internationally.

**please anticipate delays due to the impact of Covid 19 on local, national and international shipping.

 

We offer a 7-day return & replacement policy for damaged, faulty or lost prints, which means you have 7 days from the date the courier company delivered your order to you, and as stated in the courier tracking details, to request a replacement. This policy applies as follows:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and address the matter.

    If you notice significant damage while the courier driver hands the item to you, please do not sign for or accept delivery and contact us immediately.

  • If your order was not delivered, or lost by the Courier Company: You will receive the courier tracking details for your order once it has been shipped. Please monitor the courier tracking details and contact us if tracking details are not updated.

 

To be eligible for a return & replacement, you must contact us by email info@skarimagelab.co.nz or via our website contact form within the above specified timeframe. We will assess your request and we will provide you with further instructions accordingly. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return & replacement will not be accepted.
